1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Guest Lecturer/Training Officer in the Industrial Training Institute Magarlod, Dhamtari, District Dhamtari in the year 2015 and his services were continued. It is contended that two posts of the Guest Lecturer are sanctioned in the respondent No.4 Industrial Training Institute Magarlod, Dhamtari and the petitioner during the pandemic though has discharged the job, but has not been

paid the salary for the period May, June & July, 2020. Learned counsel referred to the document Annexure P-8 to show that the on line classes were conducted by the petitioner but subsequently, the petitioner has not been assigned any job. It is stated for such non payment of amount, it would have a direct effect on the livelihood at the behest of the non-appointment. It is submitted that the petitioner has not been removed but is not assigned any work other likewise person has been assigned the job. The counsel would further submit that under the circumstances, the petitioner made a representation before the respondent No.2- Director, Employment and Training and respondent No.3-Joint Director, Industrial Training Institutes, Regional Office Raipur vide Annexure P-12 and the same may be directed to be decided.

3. Perused the documents. Prima facie, it shows that the petitioner was in job with the respondent No.4 Industrial Training Institute and certain documents have also been filed to show that the petitioner conducted classes during the lock down. Since the request has been made that the petitioner's representation may be directed to be decided by the respondents No.2 & 3 and the petitioner appears to have made the representation on 20.08.2020, the petitioner is given liberty to file afresh representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks ventilating all his prayers with necessary supportive documents and if such representation is filed, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same sympathetically within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
