Heard on application for modification of the order dated 11.07.2016, passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3074/2016.

Counsel for the petitioner has stated that the name of the petitioner is actually Rajkishore Yadav which has wrongly been mentioned as Rajkishore Rawat in the impugned order, the impression and effort has been made to show that the wrong name of the petitioner has been given by the Court as it would be evident from the caption of Cr.M.P. 3.

Perusal of the M.Cr.C. No. 3074/2016, shows that the name of the applicant has been shown as Rajkishore Rawat, which has been

wrongly mentioned in the impugned order, which amounts to shirking of the responsibility. However, considering the fact that the name of the applicant Rajkishore Rawat which was mentioned in M.Cr.C. No. 3074/2016 is actually Rajkishore Yadav and due to the fault of the counsel, the applicant can not be made to suffer. 4.

In view of this, it is directed that in the order dated 11.07.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3074 of 2016, the name of the applicant Rajkishore Rawat be read as Rajkishore Yadav.
