1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant, at the outset, fairly submits that he has no instructions on behalf of the appellant at present. However, he submits that liberty be reserved in his favour to file restoration application in future.
3. Since, at present learned counsel for the appellant has no instructions from the appellant, the second appeal is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the appellant to file application for restoration, if occasion so arises.
