Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 02/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has supplied material to the Respondents / Public Works Department within the stipulated time, but the respondent authorities have not made payment in this regard after lapse of more than two years, therefore, he may be permitted to make representation for redressal of his grievances.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances. In the eventuality of filing any representation before the respondents authorities, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
