This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant has been rejected by this Court on 25.06.2019 in MCRC No. 2183 of 2019 considering the prima facie case against the applicant.

Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail petition. He further submitted that only two police officials are to be examined, hence, the trial Court may be directed to dispose off the case within stipulated time.

Accordingly, the instant bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible preferably within two months from the date of resuming of regular work of the Court.
