(1) This appeal filed by the appellant under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, 'the Act of 1996') challenging the order dated 16.07.2014 passed by District Judge, Raipur by which the application filed by the respondent herein under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been allowed.

(2) Since the Arbitrator has been appointed for settlement of the dispute arose between the parties, the Arbitrator is required to expedite the dispute expeditiously in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 1996 and there is no need to adjudicate the validity and correctness of the order dated 16.07.2014 as that order will be subject to final outcome of the arbitration proceeding.
