1. The petitioner is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment so far as the status of the respondent No.3 is concerned during the course of the day itself.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that on his retirement from the post of Society Manager w.e.f. 31.03.2018, the petitioner has been paid all the retiral duties, but for his gratuity there is no communication made by the respondents as to why the gratuity amount has not been till date released.

3. Taking into consideration the limited nature of dispute/grievance of the petitioner, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if a direction is given to the respondent No.3 to ensure that a decision is taken so far as the

release of the gratuity amount to the petitioner, if he is otherwise entitled for the same, at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of order of this Court.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the respondent No.3 as regards the order passed by this Court. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
