1. The claim of the petitioner is for correction of the gradation list that has been published showing seniority as on 01.04.2018.
2. According to the petitioner, in the gradation list, the date of appointment of the petitioner is reflected as 25.06.1992 whereas the initial appointment of the petitioner was dated 16.07.1982 (Annexure P/1) as daily wage employee by the respondent No.3 and the services of the petitioner was regularized vide order dated 04.06.1982 (Annexure P/2). According to the petitioner, the respondents ought to have prepared the gradation list showing initial date of appointment of the petitioner to be 16.07.1982 instead of 25.06.1992.
3. From the perusal of records it appears that the petitioner has not made any representation/objection against the said gradation list before the higher authorities.
4. Given the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner file a representation to the respondents No.2&3 in this regard, who in turn, shall consider and decide
the representation moved by the petitioner in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field, particularly so far as seniority to be granted to a daily wage employee who subsequently has been regularized, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
