This is an office reference on the P.U.D. dated 25.08.2020 sent by the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C), Bilaspur through the District and Sessions Judge, Bilaspur seeking extension of time for conclusion of the trial. 2.

The matter pertains to Crime No. 18/2019, Sessions Trial No. 79/2019, pending before the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Bilaspur where offence under Sections 376 (N), 323 IPC has been registered against the accused.
