1. This Court had already directed in W.P.(C)No.603/2018 (Ajit Singh Kohli and another v. State of Chhattisgarh and others) to decide the petitioners' representation for grant of compensation in lieu of their land which according to the petitioners has not been done.

2. Be that as it may, the authorities are obliged to comply the order dated 6-3-2018 passed in W.P.(C)No.603/2018, as such, this writ petition is not maintainable. The petitioners are at liberty to pursue their representation already made pursuant to the order already passed by this Court in the writ petition preferred earlier.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, the petitioners are also at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s). Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Soma
