2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondentauthorities to consider his case for promotion as Assistant Engineer.

3. Petitioner is working as Sub Engineer and posted at Division No. 1, Public Works Department, Bilaspur.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that instant writ petition may be disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 1 may decide his representation Annexure P/2.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions

of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 1 shall decide the representation Annexure P/2 filed by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, according to law and procedure.
