Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/08/2018 Considering that the application for grant of bail was earlier rejected by this Court on 13/04/2018, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant at this stage. The bail application is accordingly rejected. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial as early as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

If trial is not concluded within a reasonable time, the applicant would be at liberty to revive this application.
