P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Special Judge (FTC), Bilaspur praying for extension of time of one month for disposing of the case i.e. Special Sessions Trial No.12 of 2019 pending before the same. This Court had given a direction to the trial Court for disposal of the case mentioned herein-above within a time frame in Cr.R. No. 1486 of 2019 and thereafter, extension of time was ordered in Cr.M.P. No.557 of 2020. Subsequent to which on the PUD received from the same Court, Cr.M.P. No. 935 of 2020 was drawn and decided on 22.7.2020 in which a prayer was made in the PUD for extension of time and it was specifically ordered that one month time was extended and that shall become effective from the date the normal functioning of the Courts is restored. At present, the normal functioning of the Subordinate Courts have not been restored, therefore, the orders passed in previous order is prevailing. There is no need of filing or making any further representation for further extension of time limit.

It is further made clear that the Court below has time of one month to conclude the trial from the date the normal functioning of the Courts is restored.
