1. Aggrieved by the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 22.07.2021 the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Vide the impugned order the petitioner who was working on the post of Forester at Patan have been shifted to Special Duties on Durg Range. The ground of challenge primarily seems to be the short duration of time left for the petitioner to superannuate. According to the petitioner he has got, just about 10 months time or service left and now with the change of place of posting he would be put to great inconvenience in the course of complying
-2with the order. However, taking into consideration the fact that distance between the two place being too short a distance, this Court finds it difficult to interfere with the impugned order. However as regards the inconvenience that petitioner has he has a right to approach for the same before the authorities concerned and which according to the petitioner he has already done.
3. Given the said facts, let respondents take appropriate decision on the representation Annexure P-4 of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction/observation.
