The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of Order dated 2.2.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.193/2021. During the course of hearing, it has been revealed that the State has already filed an MCC in the present matter seeking extension of time for compliance of Order dated 2.2.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No.193/2021 and this Court has already allowed the said MCC and has granted the State Authorities a further 45 days' time for compliance of the Order passed by this Court. In view of the further 45 days' time being granted to the State Authorities for compliance of Order dated 2.2.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No.193/2021, no contempt as on date is made out.

Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is disposed of reserving the right of Petitioner to approach the Court in case need so arises at a later stage. Contempt Petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE sharad
