1. The challenge in the present writ petition seems to be the order of termination dated 30.11.2020 whereby the services of the petitioner stands terminated under the respondent no.3.

2. Undisputedly, the respondent no.3 is a Co-operative Society governed under the provisions of Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Societies Act. The said act has a specific provision for redressal of disputes between the employee and the employer governed under the provisions of Cooperative Socities Act.

Given the fact that there is already a statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner under Section 55(2) of the Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Societies Act, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the said remedy under Section 55(2) of the said Act before the concerned Deputy Registrar who in turn upon such application being made shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest.

4. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction/observation.
