In this case, investigation is not complete and charge sheet has not been filed till date.

Though, learned counsel for the applicant prays for adjournment, I am not inclined to grant adjournment taking into consideration that this is a case of commission of offence under Section 376 of IPC against the applicant and the fact that the charge sheet has not been filed. 3.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected with liberty to revive, after filing of the charge sheet.
