Stand has been taken on behalf of the State that there were some issues why the Petitioners, who are Scheduled Caste students, could not be provided with their scholarship in time. The funds were subsequently made available and the scholarship has been credited to the account of the students. In this regard, a return has been filed on behalf of the Respondent State authorities indicating the position.
