1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as she is in jail since 17.08.2020 in connection with Crime No. 87/2020 registered in Police Station- Bagicha, District Jashpur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
