1. This revision has been filed under Section 19 (4) of the Family Court Act against the order dated 17.03.2021 passed by Family Court, Ambikapur, Sarguja (C.G.) in Misc. Criminal Case No. 64/2019 whereby the Family Court allowed the application under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. and enhanced interim maintenance amount to Rs.10,000/- per month from Rs.5,000/- granted under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. in the year 2017 to the respondent.

2. Looking to the income of the present applicant, he is a Doctor by profession, running Awadh Life Care Hospital, number of staff are working in the said hospital, further Rs.5,000/- was granted as interim maintenance to the respondent in the year 2017 and after four years the same is enhanced to

Rs.10,000/- by order dated 17.03.2021 looking to the hike in prices during the said period, therefore, the Family Court was justified in enhancing the interim maintenance to Rs.10,000/- per month from Rs.5,000/- in favour to the respondent and there is no need to interfere with the order dated 17.03.2021 passed by the Family Court.

3. Consequently, the revision petition being devoid of substance deserves to be and is hereby dismissed at the motion stage. Sd/- (Gautam Chourdiya) Judge vatti
