The prosecutrix is present in person before this Court and she submits that if the applicant agrees to marry her and take the child only then the bail be granted.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to file repeat application, if any, occasion arises.
