This petition has been brought under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to modify the order passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 3742 of 2018 vide order dated 25.6.2018, in which the crime number has been wrongly mentioned as 118 of 2018 whereas the actual crime number is 108 of 2018, registered in Police Station Koni, District Bilaspur.

Considering the submissions made by both the parties, the petition is allowed and the order dated 25.6.2018 in M.Cr.C. No. 3742 of 2018 is modified to the extent that in paragraph No.1 of the order the mention of crime number as 118 of 2018 shall be read as 108 of 2018 hereinafter. A copy of this order be made a part of M.Cr.C. No. 3742 of 2018.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
