Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application before the respondent No. 2 - Collector, Raipur for demarcation of the property purchased by him but is pending consideration since 25.09.2017 and has not been decided till date. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for demarcation of his land strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
