1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as she is in jail since 13.08.2020 in connection with Crime No.221/2019 registered at Police Station- Jainagar, District Surajpur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute this application and seeks to withdraw the same.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the application MCRC No.6225 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.
