Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order on Board 18.09.2020

1. The petitioner has filed this CRMP seeking modification in the order dated 25.08.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4451/2020 with regard to Crime Number.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in M.Cr.C. No. 4451/2020, in cause title, the Crime Number has wrongly been mentioned by him as Crime No. 61/2019, but in para 3 of original bail application, the correct Crime Number has been mentioned as 61/2020.

3. I have gone through the impugned order and perused the bail rejection order of the trial Court available in M.Cr.C. No. 4451/2020.

4. From perusal of bail rejection order dated 26.06.2020 of the Court below, it appears that the correct Crime Number is 61/2020. Thus, the error with regard to the Crime Number is apparent on the face of the record which needs to be rectified.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the order in question the Crime Number be read as "Crime No. 61/2020" instead of Crime No. 61/2019.

6. The copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the copy of order dated 25.08.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4451/2020.

7. With the modification as aforesaid, CRMP stands disposed of.

8. Certified copy as per rule.
