1. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that as of now the grievance may be redressed if the writ petition is disposed of directing the
-2respondents to consider the claim of petitioner in accordance with the scheme for rehabilitation on its own merits at the earliest.
2. To the limited request made, counsel appearing for the respondents do not have any objection.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondents No.2 to 5 by way of a fresh representation in addition to whatever representation that he has made in the past and the respondents no. 2 to 5 in turn shall scrutinize the same in accordance with the provision of law governing the field and an appropriate decision shall be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction/observation.
