1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to quash the impugned order dated 10/05/2018 and order dated 11/05/2018 respectively.

3. Petitioner is working as Lecturer and was posted in Govt. Higher Secondary School, Bohra and he has been relieved from that place in compliance of transfer order Annexure-P/3.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that wrong name has been mentioned in Annexure-P/3 regarding petitioner's transfer. By Annexure P/4 the District Education Officer, Balod has written to the

Director and Secretary to modify the aforesaid transfer order regarding the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 2 may decide his fresh representation which may be filed before him.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the respondent No. 1 and the respondent No. 1 shall decide such representation within three weeks from the date of filing of such representation, according to law and procedure. This Court has not touched the merits of the case.
