It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an application was filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act on 05.03.2020 and the same is pending before the Court since about more than six months, therefore, a direction be issued to the concerned Court to expedite the matter and conclude the same as early as possible.

The very application by the petitioner has been filed on 05.03.2020 before the Family Court and soon after that the normal functioning of the Court got suspended because of

Page No.2 pandemic situation that has arisen and is still continuing till date. Therefore, no fault can be find out on the part of the Court regarding the pendency of the case. However, the learned Family Court is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same as early as possible after the normal functioning of the Courts are restored.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
