Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that work under the contract has already been completed but payment has not been paid to the petitioner by the respondent authorities for which he has also made representation but the same is also pending consideration. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation before the respondent authorities pertaining to payment of his out- standing bills that will be considered and decided by the respondent No. 1 expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
