The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.60/2016 registered in Police Station Balouda, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 420, 467 & 468/34 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case, the applicant in connivance with other co-accused got manipulated the area of the land and recorded in the rin pustika and on that basis availed credit facility from the bank. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, it is not possible that without search and proper survey land could have been granted to the extent of Rs.13 lakhs, charge sheet has been filed, applicant being lady, she may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Perused the case diary and the documents. Considering the facts and circumstances, charge sheet has been filed and applicant being lady

aged about 68 years, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on her furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for her regular appearance before it as and when directed.
