Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 30/07/2015 (1) In a duly constituted maintenance proceeding filed by respondents/ wife & her minor children, Family Court finding inability of the respondents to maintain themselves, awarded 5,000/- as an ₹ interim maintenance during pendency of the final maintenance proceedings, which is sought to be challenged by the applicant. (2) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into
consideration the final status of the applicant and inability of the nonapplicants to maintain themselves, I do find any illegality in the order impugned warranting interference by this Court under its revisional jurisdiction. However, the Family Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(3) With the aforesaid observations, the criminal revision stands finally disposed of.
