1. The challenge in the present writ petition by the petitioner is to the order dated 07.10.2018 whereby the petitioner has been placed under suspension.

2. According to the petitioner, he was placed under suspension on account of certain observations made by the First Additional MACT, Durg, in Motor Accident Claim Case No. 182/2016 decided by award dated 20.08.2018.

3. According to the petitioner, the observation made by the Tribunal is under challenge in WP (227) No. 137 of 2019. This Court vide its order dated 20.02.2019 has already granted stay of effect and

operation of the observation made against the petitioner in its award dated 20.08.2018.

4. According to the petitioner, as the consequences of the interim order granted by this High Court on 20.02.2019 in WP (227) No. 137 of 2019 the suspension order has to be withdrawn till the aforesaid writ petition is finally decided.

5. At this Juncture, petitioner submits that he has already made a representation in this regard to the respondent No. 1 for revoking of the suspension order in the light of the aforementioned interim order of this High Court dated 20.02.2019. However, no decision as such has been taken by the respondent No.1.

6. Given the limited grievance of the petitioner has made, let respondent No. 1 take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest so far as his objection pertaining to the suspension order is concerned, let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days.
