1. The limited relief that the petitioner in the present writ petition has sought for, is for appropriate direction to the respondents to decide the application/representation that petitioner has filed for payment of compensation in respect of the death of his father who died on coming in contact with the live electricity wire improperly laid and maintained by the respondent No.2 & 3.

2. Considering the limited grievance that petitioner has, the present writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 & 3 to take a decision on the application of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
