1. Heard counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to set-aside the impugned order dated 23/05/2018 (Annexure P/1).
3. Petitioner is working as Chief Municipal Officer, Class-A category and was posted at Municipal Council, Katghora and has been transferred to Municipal Council, Arang.
4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that instant writ petition may
be disposed of with this direction that the competent authority may decide his representation Annexure P/8.
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 1 shall decide the representation dated 06/06/2018 (Annexure P/8) filed by the petitioner, within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, according to law and procedure. This Court has not touched the merits of the case.
