1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 11.06.2021 in connection with Crime No. 100/2021 registered in Police Station- Khamhardih, Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 307, 34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
