Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of this contempt petition, Department of Woman and Child Welfare Department, Govt. of Chhattisgarh vide its order dated 24.5.2021 has promoted the petitioner and grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the State Government, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this contempt petition.

Permission, as prayed, is granted.
