The limited grievance which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is to a direction to the respondents to ensure that whatever inquiry which the respondents have initiated against the petitioner be concluded at the earliest so that the petitioner's retiral dues including pensionary benefits, if any, can be released to him.

The counsel for the State does not oppose the said prayer. 3.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation/charges which is levelled against the petitioner, this court does not want to keep this petition pending any further. Rather ends of justice would meet if this

petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.3&4 to ensure that the inquiry initiated against the petitioner is concluded at the earliest within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly. 4.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to make available copy of this order before the respondent authorities. 5.
