1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of termination dated 29.05.2016 passed by the respondent No. 2.

2. Prima facie, this Court is of the opinion that the order of termination would be appealable order in as much as the appeal against the order would lie to the State Government since it is the Director who has passed the order.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the State Government at the earliest, the present writ petition stands disposed off. In the event if the petitioner prefers an appeal, respondent No. 1 shall decide the same in accordance with the rules and regulations at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the appeal to be preferred by the petitioner.
