Agrawal Order On Board 04/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to make application before the respondent No. 2 - Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education for correction of date of birth of the petitioner as well as name of his father in the mark sheet of class 10th and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application before respondent No. 2 for correction of his date of birth and name of his father in the mark sheet

of class 10th before the respondent No. 2, that will be considered and decided by the respondent No. 2 strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
