The limited prayer that the Petitioner has made in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to Respondents No. 2 and 3 to take appropriate decision on the representation that the Petitioner has made.

Grievance of the Petitioner is the non-granting of proper seniority to the Petitioner in the Gradation List published by Respondents No. 2 and 3. According to Petitioner, he is a direct recruit Branch Manager of the year 2012 and the private Respondents in the present Writ Petition were all direct recruits of the year 2017. However, in the Gradation List the private Respondents, instead of the fact that they are 5 years junior to the Petitioner, have been shown over and above the Petitioner.

Given the said fact, let the representation (Annexure P-5) which the Petitioner has already preferred before Respondents No. 2 and 3 be decided, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of presentation of copy of this order by the Petitioner.
