By this petition, modification of the order dated 09.01.2018 passed in CRMP No.1593 of 2017 has been prayed for.

By the order dated 09.01.2018, this Court has allowed the custody of the vehicle to be delivered and the registration number of the vehicle was shown as C.G.10-C/3958.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the number shown in the trial Court's order, the vehicle number C.G.10-C/3958 has been written but in-fact instead of "C" it should have been "T".

State counsel was directed to call for the case diary. He submits that according to the case diary, the seizure of the vehicle was C.G.10-T/3958 in Crime No.36/2016 and it is not disputed that because of wrong description made before the Court below, the same wrong number continued before this Court.

Considering the submission made, it is observed that in the order dated 09.01.2018 passed in CRMP No.1593 of 2017, the vehicle number be read as C.G.10-T/3958 i.e. Auto instead of C.G.10C/3958 and rest of the order and conditions shall remain as it is. 6.
