1. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant application. However, he seeks liberty to file afresh after six months, if trial is not concluded.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. Meanwhile, the concerned Trial Court is directed to decide the application as early as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
