Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy available to the petitioner under the law. He submits that Registry be directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order passed by the concerned Magistrate and that of the Sessions Judge, State counsel has no objection to the above proposition. Accordingly the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the aforesaid liberty. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned orders provided he supplies the xerox copy of the same.
