1. The limited prayer that the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent No.2 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for execution of Anuband Patra/Lease/Contract with the petitioner for the land situated in Khasra Nos. 918/6 and 921/2, measuring 5 Acres at Balod.
2. According to the petitioner, they are in possession of the said land since 1973 and they have constructed Kisan Rice Mill over the said property and it is since then functional. The petitioner is also paying the premium and Bhu-Bhatak for the said land to the local authority uninterruptedly. According to the petitioner the Additional Collector and the other authorities have already recommended the case of the petitioner for the execution of the Anuband Patra/Lease/Contract in respect of the said land with the petitioner. However, the application is pending consideration
-2before the respondent No.2 since long. He prays for an appropriate direction for an early decision on the same.
3. The State counsel submits that let the respondent No.2 be given four weeks time to take a decision on the said application of the petitioner for execution of Anuband Patra/Lease/Contract in accordance with law.
4. In view of the said submissions made by the State, the writ petition stands disposed of. The respondent No.2 is directed to consider the application of the petitioner keeping in mind the recommendations made by the respondents No.3&4 at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. The decision of the respondent No.2 shall be purely in accordance with law governing the field without being in any manner influenced by the observations made by this court in this order.
