1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner though has applied for compassionate appointment on the death of her husband but till date, respondents have not taken any decision on her claim.
2. According to the petitioner, her husband had died in harness on 30.06.2018 working as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III under respondent No. 4. That subsequently the petitioner having moved an application
for compassionate appointment, no further development has taken place on her claim.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised and the factual matrix as has been narrated by the petitioner, let respondent No. 3 & 4 take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent No. 3 & 4 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
