1. Heard.

2. Learned Family Court has closed petitioner's right to file written statement on the ground that despite number of opportunities, the petitioner has failed to file reply.

3. The application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was filed on 12.05.2018. Till February, 2019 effort for reconciliation was

WPCR No. 378 of 2019 going on which eventually failed when both the parties informed the trial Court on 12.03.2019 that reconciliation is not possible.

4. Considering the entire facts situation of the case the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction that in the event petitioner submits his reply before the Family Court within 03 weeks from today, the same shall be taken on record. The trial Court shall thereafter, decide the proceedings within a period of 06 months from the date of filing of reply, in accordance with law and on its own merits.
