(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.274/2015, registered at Police Station Kotra Road, Raigarh, District Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B/34 of IPC and Section 66D of the I.T. Act.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 16.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1500/2016.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the material evidence available on record, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
