Heard on application for modification of the order dated 28.07.2016, passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4176/2016.

Counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was granted bail by order dated 28.07.2016 in M.Cr.C. No. 4176 of 2016, wherein the crime number has been shown as 98 of 2016 but actually it should have been 93 of 2016, therefore, that may be corrected. 3.

State counsel do not dispute the fact and submits that the crime number is No. 93 of 2016.

Considering the submission made, in the order dated 28.07.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4776 of 2016, instead of crime No. 98 of 2016 it may be read as crime No. 93 of 2016.
