1. The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties at the motion stage itself.

2. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of appointment of respondent No.5 as an Anganbadi Karyakarta for ward No.12 of Nagar Panchayat, Bilaigarh, District BalodabazarBhatapara, Chhattisgarh dated 10.05.2018.

3. At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition for the simple reason that the order under challenge in the present writ petition could be assailed by way of an appeal before the Collector under the scheme of employment itself.

4. Given the facts that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of appeal under the scheme itself, the present writ petition at this stage is held to be premature reserving the liberty of the petitioner to prefer an appeal within a period of two weeks from today. The appellate authority shall thereafter on receipt of the appeal shall consider and decide the same in accordance with rules ignoring the question of limitation, if any, and the appeal be decided as expeditiously as possible on merits preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the appeal.
