2. This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 29.05.2020.

3. After arguing for a fairly long time, Mr. Lavkush Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be allowed to prefer an appeal under Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Rajya Suraksha Adhiniyam, 1990.

4. Prayer is fair reasonable.

5. The instant writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner.
